In this interactive online cooking class you can learn the art of mixing ingredients to make the perfect sausage and how to fill the casings so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour.  Our sausage making expert will guide you through the steps in an online classroom and also demonstrate how you can mince your meat yourself if you have a mincer.

Choose your preferred meat and flavouring & can purchase additional ingredients if you are cooking for more than one.

Bleasdale is a 170-year-old family-owned business.

Bleasdale has an impressive collection of trophies to its name and most recently in 2019, they won the epitome of excellence in the wine industry; The Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy.

Whilst they do make fantastic white wines, it would be fair to say Bleasdale is most renowned for their red wines.

Create your own Dumplings & Spring Rolls

Learn how easy it is to make your own Chinese dumplings and spring rolls at home!

Our dumpling making guru will walk you through the art of making your own beautiful dumplings and vegan spring rolls in this hands on and interactive online Zoom meeting classroom from the comfort of your own kitchen.

 

We’ll also take you through making your own dipping sauces to enjoy your delicious creations!

All you need is a small saucepan, bamboo steam basket (which you can purchase from us), some canola oil, a reliable internet connection and PC with Google Chrome browser or digital device capable of supporting Zoom video conferencing.  We’ll deliver the ingredients required to your door the day prior!

With each class we will provide the dumpling and spring roll wrappers, raw ingredients to prepare for one and a Zoom link to dial into your class.  You can purchase additional servings if you are cooking for more than one and we will deliver it to you with your other ingredients.

Porchetta Making Master Class

With the cooler months on the way in why not master the art of making the perfect porchetta at home? The team at Meat Market South Wharf are heading online to take you through how to make your own from de-boning to the perfect stuffing and how to make your own delicious gravy.

The team will deliver the raw ingredients to your door including some fresh and delicious side veggies to roast along side your creation then you can join the Zoom link at the class time from the comfort of your own kitchen asking questions of our chef and joining others that have the same passion for food.

You will only need equipment found in your own home such as an oven, sharp knife and chopping board.
