We deliver all of the ingredients to your door so all you have to do is log in and join the experience.

Learn to make Henry and the Fox’s famous vegan bolognaise & vegan cashew cheese.

Then at the end of the class put it all together with some fresh vegan pasta.

Pasta supplied will be enough for 1 person, pasta sauce and cashew cheese will be 400g so  you will have plenty for later.

Add a bottle of vegan wine from Lark Hill to enjoy with your creation.

This is an entry level class and will run for about an hour and 15 minutes

You’ll need a pot, frying pan, sharp knife and long spoon

Learn to make Meredith Goat Ricotta and Gnocchi

Chef Malcolm will teach you to make your very own goat’s cheese ricotta from the famous Meredith Dairy most known for their marinated feta cheese.

Chef will then teach you how to use this ricotta to make ricotta gnocchi which can be made gluten free for those you unable to eat gluten.

This will be an intermediate class and will run for two hours.

You will require a pot, a large colander or strainer, pastry brush, rolling pin, wooden spoon and a large flat surface to roll your gnocchi on.

This class will include a dough cutter to cut your dough and keep for the future.

Sausage Making Master Class (online)

In this interactive online cooking class you can learn the art of mixing ingredients to make the perfect sausage and how to fill the casings so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour.  Our sausage making expert will guide you through the steps in an online classroom and also demonstrate how you can mince your meat yourself if you have a mincer.

Purchase a class and you will receive sausage casings,  sausage filler and a mincer.

Then,

Choose your preferred meat and flavouring:

  • Chicken + Fresh Chives & Garlic
  • Wagyu + Sage, Thyme and Rosemary
  • Greek Lamb + Red Wine, Oregano, All Spice & Paprika
  • Vietnamese Beef + Ginger, Garlic, Chilli, Lemongrass & Coriander
With each class we will provide the sausage skins, sausage stuffer + mincer that you can use for the class and well into the future.  Then choose your raw ingredients, 1kg is enough to make approximately to prepare 6 sausages.  We’ll deliver it all and send you a zoom link for the class on your specified date.

You can purchase as many ingredients as you like to cook for more or try a few different flavours.

Spring has sprung and no is the time to take advantage of the fantastic lamb we have in our country.

As a collaboration with Butcher Mark of Balaklava Fresh food store, Mark will teach you the art of boning a leg of lamb and then the art of stuffing and rolling it.

Mark will also teach you how to care and sharpen your knife.

Chef Malcolm will teach you how to make a beautiful gravy from the bones, trimmings and pan juices.

You will need a chopping board, a sharp knife, roasting tray and a small saucepan or frying pan.

Paella Online Interactive Classes

Be guided through the culinary excellence that is the traditional Spanish paella in our brand new class!

Cook your own paella and learn the skills to be able to make your very own in your very own home.

This class includes your very own paella pan so that you can re-create at any time.

The Paella master class takes about 1.5 hours and once your delicious paella is done,
you can sit down and enjoy it for lunch with a glass of wine.

Classes will start at 1:00 pm and finish at approx. 2:30 pm.
